Using more of the pulled pork from my pulled pork video to make street tacos
Today we make some cole slaw to go with our pulled pork in classic southern style sandwich form. When my wife and I were in college, one of our favorite restaurants was a fun sports bar that had great food. We honestly could care less about most sports, so to get us though the door of a sports bar, you know that the food had to be good. My wife’s favorite dish was the pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw on the bun with the meat. She didn’t care for cole slaw much before, but this got her hooked. Try it for yourself and comment below what you think of this combo.
